Built circa 1912, this historic building has always been an open air structure. This project underwent extensive restoration and rehabilitation, and was transformed into a fully air conditioned, modernized building.
Historic Mill Equipment
Modern Stable Feel: With the addition of barn doors, a ships ladder, and rustic hardware throughout, the space feels reminiscent of its bygone coffee mill stable days.
Loft: This once dark attic space was transformed into a bright and airy loft space, with white wood plank ceilings and contrasting dark wood flooring and built in storage.
Main Hall Renovation: With lights colors, restored wood throughout, and new insulated casement windows, this commercial, multi-purpose space is brought new life with an old cottage charm.
